"Mum I need a new bike" he said "I'd likea little one with side wheels".
I guess his sister'-s pink one from 7 years ago has had a really good go! Some kids even asked him why he was riding a pink bike. He does actually have another great yellow trike he rides as well!

So here is the new one, and it's blue!

Banana Oat Slice
oven at 180C
soak 2tblsp sunflower seeds overnight (20min will be ok) DRAIN WELL
MIX DRY INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cup pumpkin seeds ( substitute any chpped nuts or seeds or different dry fruit).
2/3 cup SR flour
2+1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup sultanas (substitute any dries fruit)
1/2 cup brown sugar
MASH WET INGREDIENTS
2 bananas (seems to work with 2 small medium or large)
1 egg
125g melted butter
COMBINE WET AND DRY
SPREAD INTO SLICE TIN
SPRINKLE ON SUNFLOWER SEEDS
BAKE FOR 25-30MIN (MAYBE MORE IF VERY MOIST)
COOL IN TIN
SCORE INTO SLICES WHILST STILL WARM.
Freezes well. Reheats for a nice pudding.
